On the 3rd March 2003, Joe Di Claudio opened Dowling Real Estate Mayfield. Joe brings to Dowling Mayfield over 25 years of experience, an excellent reputation and an enthusiastic approach to all facets of Real Estate. Joe has completed an Associated Diploma of Business, specialising in Real Estate Valuation and has now been a registered Valuer since 1998. In the year 2002, Joe was in the top 10 in the Hunter for listing and selling properties in the Estate Agents Co-operative Association.
