On the 3rd March 2003, Joe Di Claudio opened Dowling Real Estate Mayfield. Joe brings to Dowling Mayfield over 25 years of experience, an excellent reputation and an enthusiastic approach to all facets of Real Estate. Joe has completed an Associated Diploma of Business, specialising in Real Estate Valuation and has now been a registered Valuer since 1998. In the year 2002, Joe was in the top 10 in the Hunter for listing and selling properties in the Estate Agents Co-operative Association.

Joe’s honesty. Hard work and passion is what makes him such a successful Real Estate Agent and is highly respected in the industry by both his peers and clients. In 2010 Joe Di Claudio opened his second Dowling office at Glendale which is known as Dowling Real Estate Lake Macquarie. Hunter started his real estate career in 1991 following in the footsteps of his parents and starting working in the family agency. The wealth of knowledge and experience he has gained over this time makes Hunter a valuable asset to this office as well as to our landlords and tenants. Hunter is passionate about what he does and prides himself in his ability to try and find the right property solution for all his clients.
